Your constraints

  • ❌ Product won't be ready for demos until Week 6 (you can't show it yet)
  • ❌ Sales team can only handle 50 demo calls per month (don't promise more)
  • ❌ You don't control the price (that's Product's job)

Who you need to talk to

  • SALES: How many leads can they actually handle?
  • PRODUCT: Can we get beta testers early?
  • ENABLEMENT: What content does Sales need to close deals?
  • PARTNERSHIPS: Can we co-market with partners?

Red flags (don't do this)
